Community Counselors: Local Support
One of Au Pair in America’s strengths is our network of more than 180 Community Counselors in the United States. One of these experienced counselors will reside in or near your community and maintain contact with you and your au pair throughout the program.
Interviewers Overseas: One on One Screening
Au Pair in America has more than 300 interviewers around the world. Interviewers overseas are responsible for screening and interviewing candidates. Our team supervises the recruitment activities of the interviewers throughout the world and we strive to maintain quality applications that are consistent with our program standards and host family needs.
U.S. Headquarters: 24/7 Support
Our headquarters, based in Connecticut, provides comprehensive support to all program participants. An experienced and dedicated placement team facilitates the selection and distribution of au pair applications for host family review and regional managers assist the activities of our community counselors throughout the country. We also handle the logistics like visas, flights and offer the definitive au pair orientation program in the industry.
