Our Au Pair Extraordinaire program is for experienced childcare professionals or those with a relevant childcare qualification. Au Pair in America

As an Au Pair in America you provide up to 45 hours of childcare assistance per week. You receive a weekly stipend of not less than US $195.75, are provide with a private room, full board, a contribution of up to US $500 towards the cost of your studies at a local American college or university, and other benefits.

The minimum weekly stipend is calculated by the U.S. Department of State after accounting for costs associated with weekly room and board. Host families and au pairs are free to agree to compensation higher than the legally applicable minimum.

Au Pair Extraordinaire

This program is for experienced childcare professionals or those with a recognized childcare qualification. Provide up to 45 hours of childcare assistance per week. You receive a weekly stipend of not less than US $250, are provided with a private room, full board, a contribution of up to US $500 towards the cost of your studies at a local American college or university, and other benefits.

Host families and au pairs are free to agree to compensation higher than the applicable minimum as set by the program.

eduCare in America

The perfect program if you want to take your studies more seriously. Provide up to 30 hours of childcare assistance per week. You receive a weekly stipend of no less than US $146.81, are provided with a private room, full board, a contribution of up to US $1000 towards the cost of your studies at a local American college or university, and other benefits.

The minimum weekly stipend is calculated by the U.S. Department of State after accounting for costs associated with weekly room and board. Host families and au pairs are free to agree to compensation higher than the legally applicable minimum.

Option to Extend

Many au pairs have such a wonderful experience during their first year in the USA they wish to extend their stay in the USA. If you successfully complete your first year you may apply to extend with your current host family or with a new family in a different area for 6, 9 or 12 months.
