Applying is fast and easy with Au Pair in America! To expediate your application, we encourage families to complete the online application.

New Host Families

If you are new to Au Pair in America, complete the new host family online application and create a new online account. The first phase of the online application takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

If you have already started your application, please login to your account.

Current and Past Host Families

If you are currently hosting with Au Pair in America, or have hosted in the past, and wish to re-apply, please login to your account and click on the "Re-Apply" link on your personal homepage.

All families may choose to apply by mail by downloading a host family application booklet.

Please note: On Wednesday, September 10th from 3pm to midnight, we will be conducting maintenance on our servers to enhance your Au Pair in America online experience.

Once your have completed your host family application, including family essay, photos, references and signed agreement, you will be able to select the perfect au pair for your family!

Please note that an au pair arriving into your home is contingent on an in-home interview that will be conducted by your local community counselor. A community counselor will be assigned to you once your application has been approved.
