Dates marked with an * indicate arrivals for EduCare Companions as well as for standard and Extraordinaire Au Pairs.

Each arrival is limited to spaces filled on a first-come, first-served basis. An arrival may be closed because it is filled to capacity before the official cut-off date. Depending on holiday schedules, cut-off dates generally are four weeks prior to arrival date. Due to U.S. Embassy issues, match cut-offs may exceed 4 weeks in some countries. Upon arrival in the United States, au pairs attend an intensive orientation program. Three days after arrival, au pairs leave orientation to join their host families. Support, however, does not stop here.
