On Sunday June 15th, five counselors from the San Francisco Bay area combined efforts to host a Culture Fair at Golden Gate Park. Over 28 countries were represented. The counselors invited prospective families to the fair and one of them said she was definitley going to apply to Au Pair in America after seeing the enthusiasm of our au pairs and counselors. The host families were genuinely proud of the au pairs and the effort that they had put into developing their tables. The kids had a blast with face painting, ballons and passports. The highlight of the fair was the traditional dance the Thai au pairs preformed. They wore traditional dress and had also dressed their host children in the same fashion. It was adorable!
