We are open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
For families in the process of selecting an au pair, we have the following extended hours:
Monday through Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Satuday: 8:00 a.m to noon
Sunday: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
24/7 Emergency Contacts are available for all our current host families and au pairs.
In most cases, your local community counselor will be able to answer your questions; however, you may find that you need assistance from staff in the Stamford, CT, office for answers about the following topics:
Host family registration procedures / requirements / renewal / missing documents
Communicating with the placement staff (matching)
Host family information (including extension program and change of address)
Host family refunds and other issues that cannot be resolved by your community counselor
