to obtain return flight gateway and cost information. The completed
Flight Request Form is what you need to submit to the office. Upon
receipt of your Flight Request Form, Au Pair in America will send
a letter to you confirming that we received your flight request
information. Actual flight details will be sent to you no later
than four weeks before your departure date. To obtain departure date
